Account and Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Pakistan phone number and a password. The form takes under two minutes to complete. After submitting, you will receive a verification link or code — confirm it and your account is active. You can then make a PKR deposit and start playing immediately.

Yes. 9777sz is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is part of the account process. If you share a device with anyone under 18, make sure you log out fully after every session and do not leave your credentials accessible. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed immediately.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Creating duplicate accounts under different email addresses, phone numbers or names is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balance being forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact the support team to recover it.

Use the "Forgot Password?" option on the Login page. A reset code or link will be sent to your registered email address or Pakistan phone number. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the message within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Contact the support team through the platform.

Your account needs to be verified before it becomes fully active. After registering, check your email inbox or SMS messages for a verification link or code from 9777sz. If you did not complete this step, your account remains in a pending state. If the verification message has expired, you can request a new one from the login screen or contact support.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

9777sz supports the most widely used payment methods in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. You can deposit and withdraw using any supported method that is registered in your name.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Exact timelines are shown in the cashier section of your account. If your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, contact the support team with your transaction reference.

Yes, there is a minimum deposit amount which is displayed in the cashier section of your account. The minimum varies slightly by payment method. All amounts are shown in PKR so there is no confusion about currency conversion.

Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same method used for the deposit. This is a standard security measure to protect players. If you need to use a different withdrawal method due to a change in your payment situation, contact the support team to discuss your options before requesting a withdrawal.

Most deposits are credited quickly, but occasional delays can happen due to bank processing times or payment gateway issues. If your PKR deposit has not appeared in your account after 30 minutes, check that the transaction was completed on your payment app first. If the money left your JazzCash or Easypaisa account but is not showing in 9777sz, contact support with the transaction ID or screenshot.
Sports Betting and Cricket

9777sz covers Pakistan Super League matches, T20 internationals, ODIs, test matches and other major international cricket events. Markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, over/under and live in-play betting with odds updated ball by ball. Visit the Sports section for current available markets.

Yes. Live in-play betting is available during PSL games and other cricket matches. Odds update in real time based on the match situation. You can place bets on the next over, current run rate, wicket markets and more while the game is in progress. A stable internet connection is recommended for in-play betting — the 9777sz app tends to give a smoother live betting experience than a mobile browser.

In addition to cricket, 9777sz offers betting on football leagues and international tournaments, esports titles and other sports. The full list of available markets can be browsed in the Sports section of the platform after logging in.

If a cricket match or other sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or does not reach the required completion point, bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your account. The specific rules for each market are detailed in the Terms and Conditions. Check there or contact support if you have a specific situation.
Casino, Slots and Fish Games

9777sz offers live casino with real dealers — baccarat, roulette, blackjack and other popular table games. The Slots section has a wide library of titles from multiple game studios. Fish Games are also available for players who enjoy a different style of gameplay. All sections are accessible from the Game Lobby.

Yes. All casino games, including live dealer tables, are fully accessible on mobile. The 9777sz platform is optimised for Android and the game lobby works well on popular Pakistan handsets. For the smoothest live casino experience, the 9777sz app is recommended over a mobile browser. Download it from the Download page.

Fish shooting games are arcade-style titles where you shoot fish and sea creatures to earn credits. Different fish have different point values and larger or rarer targets pay more. The games combine elements of skill and chance — your accuracy and the targets you choose affect your results. Fish games are popular among Pakistan players as a change from traditional slots or casino formats.

Demo or free-play availability depends on the individual game and provider. Some titles in the slots section offer a demo mode that can be accessed without a real-money balance. Live casino and fish games generally require a funded account. Check individual game pages within the game lobby for demo availability.
App Download and Platform

The 9777sz app is available from the Download page on this website. The app is designed for Android devices which are the most commonly used smartphones among Pakistan players. Follow the instructions on the download page to install it — you may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone settings.

The mobile website and the app access the same account and features, but the app generally offers a faster, more stable experience — especially during live betting on PSL matches or live casino sessions. The app also makes it easier to stay logged in between sessions without re-entering your credentials each time.

Yes. Your 9777sz login credentials work on the app, mobile website and desktop site. Your balance, betting history and game progress are all synced in real time across devices. You can start a session on the website and continue on the app with no interruption to your account.

The Platform section gives you an overview of how 9777sz is built — the technology, supported devices, performance and how the platform handles PKR transactions. It is useful for players who want to understand the technical side of the platform before registering.
Responsible Gaming

Yes. If you want to set a personal deposit limit in PKR, contact the 9777sz support team through the platform. They can help you configure a limit on your account so you do not accidentally deposit beyond your planned budget. This is a self-managed tool — you decide the amount. For more guidance, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

If you need a break, you can request a cooling-off period through the 9777sz support team. This temporarily suspends your account for a set number of days or weeks — you will not be able to log in or deposit during that time. It is a straightforward, no-questions-asked process. Self-exclusion for a longer period is also available if needed.

If gaming is causing stress, financial strain or affecting your relationships or work, the right call is to stop and take a proper break. Contact the 9777sz support team to request a self-exclusion or account pause — it can be set up quickly. Talking to a trusted family member or friend is also a good first step. Gaming should always be entertainment within a budget you control. Read more on our Responsible Gaming page.

Yes. 9777sz requires all players to confirm they are 18 or older during registration. Age verification may be requested at any point during account management. Accounts identified as belonging to players under 18 will be closed without exception and any balance will not be paid out.

No. Gaming should only ever be funded from money you can genuinely afford to spend on entertainment — not money needed for rent, bills, family expenses or emergencies. If you are under financial pressure, this is not the right time to be depositing or gambling. Close the platform, take care of your financial situation first, and come back only when gaming fits comfortably within your budget again.
